DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.
Orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Our business days are Monday - Friday. We work around the clock to be ahead of this schedule and process orders as quickly as possible. During the holiday season, need 3-5 business days for processing. 
 
All orders automatically come with tracking and these details will be emailed to you once your order has been packed.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are subject to processing and shipment on the next business day. Our shipment carriers could delay the delivery of packages on the following major holidays.

 Shipping Details

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Teecade is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.

Teecade is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change an order, please email service@teecade.com ASAP with the order # and details.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity. 

 

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
