Return Policy
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Items with Final sale items, promotions, coupons and free gifts cannot be returned.
We do not accept the return method of cash on delivery. If it is sent, the return will be rejected.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
Step 1: Request a return or an exchange, please contact our after-sales customer service at service@Teecade.com.
Step 2: Providing the order number and your email as required, our customer service team will contact you.
Step 3: We will authorize your return with our return shipping address.
Step 4: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
Step 5: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Teecade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping once the package departs our warehouse.
The carrier will carefully determine if your order can be left in a secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our team and we will be happy to help you.
Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
For some debit and credit card refunds to original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
